16 PF Test:
The test gives idea about 16 primary and four secondary factors of personality. This is a paper pencil test. Because of its indirect nature of questions the faking of responses are quite minimum. It has a very strong research back-up and high level of reliability and validity. Apart from individual assessment, it can be used as a very strong tool to understand and develop team.
